حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثًا، وَالْمُولَى عَنْهَا، وَالْمُخْتَلِعَةِ، وَالْمُلَاعِنَةِ، وَهُنَّ حَوَامِلُ، لَهُنَّ النَّفَقَةُ إِلَّا أَنْ يُشْتَرَطَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ
