حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ ثَلَاثًا قَالَ: فَسَأَلُوا لَهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقِيلَ: هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ
