حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ بَيَانٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ الشَّعْبِيُّ عَنْ أَبْوَابِ الطَّلَاقِ فَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ سُئِلَ رَجُلٌ مَرَّةً: أَطَلَّقْتَ امْرَأَتَكَ ؟ قَالَ: فَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ بِأَرْبَعِ أَصَابِعَ وَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ، فَفَارَقَ امْرَأَتَهُ
