حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ عَنْ مُبَارَكِ بْنِ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَبِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَحُذَيْفَةَ قَالُوا
فِي الْعَبْدِ يَتَزَوَّجُ بِإِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ: الطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ
