حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ
