✧ Concerning the man who permits his slave to marry: those who said divorce is in the slave's hand

حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَطَاوُسٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ قَالُوا:
إِذَا كَانَتِ الْمَمْلُوكَةُ لِغَيْرِهِ، أَوْ كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ وَقَدْ أَذِنَ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا، فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْمَمْلُوكِ
