حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَعَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا أُحِلَّ لَهُ فَرْجُهَا فَهِيَ لَهُ.
