حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِآخَرَ: جَارِيَتِي لَكَ تَطَؤُهَا، فَإِنْ حَمَلَتْ فَهِيَ لَكَ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَحْمِلْ رَدَدْتَهَا عَلَيَّ، قَالَ: إِذَا وَطِئَهَا [١]فَهِيَ لَهُ
