حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى حُكْمِهِ فَمَاتَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَحْكُمَ الرَّجُلُ قَالَ: لَهَا صَدَاقُ نِسَائِهَا
