حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى حُكْمِهِ، فَحَكَمَ عَشَرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ، قَالَ: يَجُوزُ، قَدْ كَانَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ يَتَزَوَّجُونَ عَلَى أَقَلَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَأَكْثَرَ
