Translation
✧ Mention of several events (In this year, al-Ṭāʾī marched to Sāmarrā because of Ṣiddīq. He corresponded with him and gave him amān. He entered Sāmarrā with a group of his companions, and al-Ṭāʾī seized them, cut off their hands and feet from opposite sides, and carried them to Baghdādh. In it, Yāzamān raided by sea, and he seized from the Byzantines four ships.) In this year, Hārūn b. Muḥammad al-Hāshimī led the people in the pilgrimage.
