حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْحَافِظُ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَجَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ ثَنَا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الْعَمِّيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الصِّدِّيقِ النَّاجِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

يَكُونُ فِي أُمَّتِي الْمَهْدِيُّ إِنْ قَصَّرَ فَسَبْعٌ وَإِلَّا فَتِسْعٌ تَنْعَمُ أُمَّتِي فِيهِ نِعْمَةً لَمْ يَنْعَمُوا مِثْلَهَا قَطُّ تُؤْتِي الْأَرْضُ أُكُلَهَا لَا تَدَّخِرُ عَنْهُمْ شَيْئًا وَالْمَالُ يَوْمَئِذٍ كُدُوسٌ يَقُومُ الرَّجُلُ فَيَقُولُ يَا مَهْدِيُّ أَعْطِنِي فَيَقُولُ خُذْ

✧ There will be in my community the Mahdi. If he is delayed, then seven, otherwise nine. My community will enjoy in his time a blessing the like of which they have never enjoyed. The earth will bring forth its produce and withhold nothing from them. Wealth on that day will be heaped up. A man will stand and say, “O Mahdi, give me,” and he will say, “Take.”

  • قَالَ الْحَاكِمُ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى «قَدْ رَوَيْتُ مَا انْتَهَى إِلَيْهِ عِلْمِي مِنْ فِتَنِ آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ عَلَى لِسَانِ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ بِالْأَسَانِيدِ اللَّائِقَةِ بِهَذَا الْكِتَابِ فَأَمَّا الشَّيْخَانِ فَإِنَّهُمَا ذَكَرَا أَهْوَالَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالْحَشْرِ مُدْرَجًا فِي الْفِتَنِ وَجَرَيْتُ أَنَا فِي ذَلِكَ عَلَى اخْتِيَارِ الْإِمَامِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ فِي إِفْرَادِ ذَلِكَ عَنِ الْفِتَنِ النَّائِبَةِ وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ لِمَا اخْتَرْتُهُ وَهُوَ حَسْبِي وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ»
