✧ While a shepherd was tending his flock on the harrah, a wolf attacked one of the sheep. The shepherd intervened between the wolf and the sheep. The wolf sat back on its tail and said, 'O servant of Allah, do you prevent me from a provision that Allah has sent to me?' The man said, 'What a wonder! A wolf speaks to me with human speech!' The wolf said, 'Shall I tell you of something more wondrous than I? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ is between the two harrahs, informing people of the news of what has already passed.' So the shepherd gathered his sheep into a corner of the corners of Madinah, then came to the Prophet ﷺ and informed him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out to the people and said, 'He has spoken the truth, by the One in Whose hand is my soul.'
