✧ Among them is Abu al-Aswad, Humaid b. al-Aswad al-Basri, the trustworthy and reliable.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ثنا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ نَحْوَهُ وَقَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِيهِاحتج مسلم بالجلاح
Translation
✧ Abu al-Hasan Muhammad b. al-Hasan informed us, 'Ali b. 'Abd al-'Aziz informed us, Hajjaj b. Minhal narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Yahya b. Sa'id, from al-Mughirah b. 'Abdullah, from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ, something similar. Sulayman b. Bilal said: from Yahya b. Sa'id, from 'Abdullah b. al-Mughirah, from his father. Muslim used al-Julah as evidence.
