✧ From Abū Hurayrah, regarding His saying, Exalted is He: {nations like yourselves} [Quran 6:38], he said: All creatures will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection — beasts, riding animals, birds, and everything — and to the extent of Allah’s justice, He will exact retribution for the hornless animal against the horned one. Then He will say, “Be dust.” That is when {the disbeliever will say, “Would that I were dust”} [Quran 78:40]. Jaʿfar al-Jidhrī — this is Ibn Burqān — Muslim used him as evidence, and it is sahih according to his condition, but they did not include it. According to the condition of Muslim.
