Translation

✧ That the Prophet ﷺ used to recite {And We ordained for them therein: a life for a life} [al-Ma'idah 45] with nasb, {and an eye for an eye} [al-Ma'idah 45] with raf'.

• «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» وَرَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ بِزِيَادَاتِ أَلْفَاظِصحيح
