أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ

عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُقَطِّعُ قِرَاءَتَهُ {بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ} »

✧ From Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, she said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pause in his recitation: {In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. [All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds - the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, Sovereign of the Day of Recompense}.'
