حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ التَّيْمِيُّ ثنا الْإِمَامُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثنا حَبِيبٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ قَالَ

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ إِلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ فَقَالَ أَلَا تَعْجَبُ أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ الزَّانِيَ الْمَجْلُودَ لَا يَنْكِحُ إِلَّا مَجْلُودَةً مِثْلَهُ» فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو وَمَا يُعْجِبُكَ؟ حَدَّثَنَاهُ سَعِيدٌ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو يُنَادِي بِهَا نِدَاءً»

Translation

✧ A man from the people of Kufa came to 'Amr b. Shu'ayb and said, 'Aren't you amazed that al-Hasan says: The fornicator who has been flogged may marry none but a flogged woman like him?' 'Amr said, 'What amazes you about that? Sa'id al-Maqburi narrated it to us from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet ﷺ. And 'Abd Allah b. 'Amr used to proclaim it publicly.'

  • هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح
