حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ وَأَبُو مَعْمَرٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
لاَ يَنْكِحُ الزَّانِي الْمَجْلُودُ إِلاَّ مِثْلَهُ
