✧ I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: O Messenger of Allah, teach me a refuge-seeking supplication that I may seek refuge by it. He took hold of my palm and said: "Say: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and from the evil of my sight, and from the evil of my soul, and from the evil of my semen," until I memorized it.
