حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ

«لَيْسَ مِنَ الْبِرِّ الصِّيَامُ فِي السَّفَرِ»

  • هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «وَقَدِ اتَّفَقَ الشَّيْخَانِ عَلَى حَدِيثِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْأَسْلَمِيِّ فَأَخْرَجَاهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ حَمْزَةَ» وَلَهُ رِوَايَةٌ مُفَسَّرَةٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَوْلَادِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ
