أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلِ بْنِ خَلَفٍ الْقَاضِي ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْقَاضِي ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ وَمُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ ثنا أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُحَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ زَائِرَاتِ الْقُبُورِ وَالْمُتَّخِذِينَ عَلَيْهَا الْمَسَاجِدَ وَالسُّرُجَ»

  • قَالَ الْحَاكِمُ «أَبُو صَالِحٍ هَذَا لَيْسَ بِالسَّمَّانِ الْمُحْتَجِّ بِهِ إِنَّمَا هُوَ بَاذَانُ وَلَمْ يَحْتَجَّ بِهِ الشَّيْخَانِ لَكِنَّهُ حَدِيثٌ مُتَدَاوَلٌ فِيمَا بَيْنَ الْأَئِمَّةِ وَوَجَدْتُ لَهُ مُتَابِعًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ فِي مَتْنِ الْحَدِيثِ فَخَرَّجْتُهُ»

Ibn Ḥibbān said something unusual, saying: Abū Ṣāliḥ, the narrator of this hadith, is named Mīzān, and he is not the freedman of Umm Hāniʾ.
