52. Chapter of Hā (Female)

   قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ رَجُلٌ مُمْسِكٌ أَفَنُطْعِمُ عَبِيدَنَا مِنْ مَالِهِ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ»

   ✧ I said, "O Messenger of Allah, Abu Sufyan is a miserly man. Should we feed our slaves from his wealth?" He said, "Yes."

   سَمِعْتِ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ شَيْئًا؟ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ «أَوَّلُ مَا يُوضَعُ فِي الْمِيزَانِ الْخُلُقُ الْحَسَنُ»

   ✧ Did you hear anything from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ? She said, "Yes, I heard him say, 'The first thing to be weighed in the Balance is good character.'"

   قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ مَا مِنَ امْرَأَةٍ تَضَعُ ثِيَابَهَا فِي غَيْرِ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا أَوْ أُمَّهَاتِهَا إِلَّا وَهِيَ هَاتِكَةٌ كُلَّ سِتْرٍ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ الرَّحْمَنِ ﷻ»

   ✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, there is no woman who removes her clothes in other than her husband's house or her mothers' houses except that she has torn every veil between her and the Most Merciful ﷻ."

   لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَا نِسَاءَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَيْكُنَّ بِالتَّسْبِيحِ وَالتَّهْلِيلِ وَالتَّقْدِيسِ وَأَعْقِدْنَ بِالْأَنَامِلِ فَإِنَّهُنَّ مُسْتَنْطَقَاتٌ وَمَسْئُولَاتٌ وَلَا يَعْقِلْنَ فَيَنْسِينَ الرَّحْمَةَ» وَنَسَبَ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ هَانِي بْنَ عُثْمَانَ فَقَالَ الْجُهَنِيُّ

   ✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to us, "O Muslim women, you should adhere to glorification (tasbih), declaring God's oneness (tahlil), and sanctification (taqdis). Count them on your fingertips, for they will be made to speak and will be questioned, and they will not be heedless, lest you forget the mercy." Abu Kurayb attributed Hani b. 'Uthman, saying: al-Juhani.
