أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
فِي الشُّفْعَةِ إِذَا كَانَ طَرِيقُهُمَا وَاحِدًا؟ قَالَ «يُنْظَرُ بِهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ صَاحِبُهَا غَائِبًا»
