✧ What is permissible to do with the blood of a Muslim?

حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَّا أَحَدَ ثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ

✧ The blood of a man who testifies that there is no god but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah is not lawful except for one of three persons: a life for a life, a previously married person who commits adultery, and one who abandons his religion and separates from the community.
