حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ نا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ الطَّبَّاعِ نا فَرَجُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ كَانَتْ لَنَا شَاةٌ فَمَاتَتْ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ
عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا فَعَلَتْ شَاتُكُمْ قُلْنَا مَاتَتْ قَالَ أَفَلَا انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا قُلْنَا إِنَّهَا مَيْتَةٌ قَالَ يَحِلُّ دِبَاغُهَا كَمَا يَحِلُّ خَلُّ الْتَمْرِ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ فَرَجُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ يَرْوِي عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَحَادِيثَ عِدَّةً لَا يُتَابَعُ عَلَيْهَا 29 الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ وَالْأَطْعِمَةِ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ
