حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ نا أَبِي نا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو طَلْحَةَ عَمُّ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ مَالٌ لِيَتَامَى فَاشْتَرَى بِهِ خَمْرًا قَالَ فَنَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ قَالَ وَمَا خَمْرُنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ إِلَّا مِنَ التَّمْرِ قَالَ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عِنْدِي مَالُ يَتِيمٍ فَاشْتَرَيْتُ بِهِ خَمْرًا قَبْلَ أَنْ تُحَرَّمَ الْخَمْرُ فَأَمَرَنِي أَكْسَرُ الدِّنَانَ وَأُهْرِيقُهُ فَأَتَيْتُهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ كُلَّ ذَلِكَ يَأْمُرُنِي أَنْ أَكْسَرَ الدِّنَانَ وَأُهْرِيقَهُ
