نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ أنا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ مَزْيَدٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ جُرَيْجٍ الْمَكِّيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْبَصْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ مِقْسَمًا مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ
إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ الْوَاطِئَ فِي الْعِرَاكِ بِصَدَقَةٍ دِينَارٍ وَإِنْ وَطِئَهَا بَعْدَ أَنْ تَطْهُرَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ بِصَدَقَةٍ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
