نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى نا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ يَقُولُ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ
لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ وَلِيِّهَا أَوْ ذِي الرَّأْيِ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا أَوِ السُّلْطَانِ
