نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّارُ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْوَرَّاقُ قَالَا نا عُمَرُ بْنُ شَبَّةَ نا بَكْرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحْرِزٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ
