✧ Whoever is killed in a blind dispute or a thrown missile — with a stone, a whip, or a stick — its blood money is the blood money of accidental killing. And whoever kills deliberately, it is retaliation. Whoever prevents that (retaliation), upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people; neither an obligatory act nor a supererogatory act will be accepted from him.
