نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا يَقُولُ
الرَّجُلُ يُصَابُ فِي الرِّمِّيَّا فِي الْقِتَالِ بِالْعَصَا أَوْ بِالسِّيَاطِ أَوْ بِالتَّرَامِي بِالْحِجَارَةِ يُودَى وَلَا يُقْتَلُ بِهِ مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُ لَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ قَاتِلُهُ وَأَقُولُ أَلَا تَرَى إِلَى قَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الْهُذَلِيَّتَيْنِ ضَرَبَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى بِعَمُودٍ فَقَتَلَتْهَا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَقْتُلْهَا بِهَا وَوَدَاهَا وَجَنِينَهَا
