نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ نا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ نا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ حَدَّثَنِي طَاوُسٌ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي عِمِّيَّةٍ رِمِّيَّا يَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمْ بِحَجَرٍ أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ أَوْ سِيَاطٍ عَقْلُهُ عَقْلُ خَطَإٍ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ عَمْدًا فَهُوَ قَوَدُ يَدِهِ مَنْ حَالَ دُونَهُ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ
