حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ نا كُرْدُوسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
الْعَمْدُ قَوَدُ الْيَدِ وَالْخَطَأُ عَقْلٌ لَا قَوَدَ فِيهِ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ فِي عِمِّيَّةٍ بِحَجَرٍ أَوْ عَصًا أَوْ سَوْطٍ فَهُوَ دِيَةٌ مُغَلَّظَةٌ فِي أَسْنَانِ الْإِبِلِ
