نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ نا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي عِمِّيَّا أَوْ رِمِّيَّا بِحَجَرٍ أَوْ عَصًا أَوْ بِسَوْطٍ عَقْلُهُ عَقْلُ خَطَإٍ مِثْلُ قَوْلِ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ
