Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a she-camel called al-ʿAḍbāʾ that was never outrun. A Bedouin came on a young riding camel and outran it, which distressed the Muslims. When he saw what was in their faces, they said, "O Messenger of Allah, al-ʿAḍbāʾ has been outrun." He said, "It is a duty upon Allah, Mighty and Majestic, that nothing of this world is raised except that He lowers it."
