وَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، نَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، نَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ;
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ اتَّخَذَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ وَفَصُّهُ حَبَشِيٌّ وَنُقِشَ فِيهِ: مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللهِ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ acquired a ring of silver, its stone was Abyssinian, and it was engraved: Muhammad is the Messenger of God.

Ibn Saʿd said: 152 AH, al-Bukhārī and others: 159 AH (and it is the correct view), Muḥammad b. ʿAzīz said: 160 AHيُونُسُثقة ، إلا أن في روايته عن الزهري وهما قليلا ، وفي غير الزهري خطأنا
