حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ أَبُو بِشْرٍ قَالَ: نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: نَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْهَادِي، [ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ ]، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سُرَاقَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" مَنْ أَظَلَّ غَازِيًا أَوْ أَظَلَّ رَأْسَ غَازٍ - الشَّكُّ مِنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ - أَظَلَّهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ بَنَى لِلهِ مَسْجِدًا بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

✧ "Whoever shades a warrior or shades the head of a warrior — the doubt is from Abu Bakr — Allah will shade him on the Day of Resurrection. And whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise."

    يرويه يزيد بن الهاد واختلف عنه فرواه الدراوردي والليث عن ابن الهاد عن الوليد بن أبي الوليد عن عثمان بن عبد الله بن سراقة عن عمر بن الخطاب ورواه ابن وهب عن عمر بن مالك الشرعبي وابن لهيعة والليث عن ابن الهاد فقال عن الوليد بن عثمان عن أبي أمه عن عمر بن الخطاب ووهم فيه وإنما هو الوليد بن أبي الوليد عن عثمان عن جده أبي أمه عمر لأن عثمان هذا أمه زينب بنت عمر بن الخطاب والصواب قول الدراوردي ومن تابعه
