✧ He came to the Prophet ﷺ to call him for the dawn prayer, but 'A'ishah detained Bilal until dawn broke, and it became very light. Bilal stood and gave the call to prayer, and he announced the prayer, repeating his call. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not come out. When he came out to lead the people in prayer, Bilal informed him that 'A'ishah had detained him because of something she asked him about until it became very light, and that he was late in coming out. The Prophet ﷺ said, "I had prayed the two rak'ahs of Fajr." Bilal said, "O Messenger of Allah, it has already become morning." He said, "Even if it became morning again and again, I would still pray them and do them well and perfectly."
