وَرُوِّينَا ) عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ:
إِذَا انْتَهَى الْمُصَدِّقُ إِلَى الْغَنَمِ صَدَعَهَا صَدْعَيْنِ، فَيَأْخُذُ صَاحِبُ الْغَنَمِ خَيْرَ الصَّدْعَيْنِ، وَيَأْخُذُ صَاحِبُ الصَّدَقَةِ مِنَ الصَّدْعِ الْآخَرِ
