( وَرُوِّينَا ) عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
يَصْدَعُهَا ثَلَاثَةَ أَصْدَاعٍ ثُلُثٌ خِيَارٌ، وَثُلُثٌ وَسَطٌ، وَثُلُثٌ دُونٌ، فَيَدَعُ الْمُصَدِّقُ الْخِيَارَ، وَيَأْخُذُ مِنَ الْوَسَطِ
