( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ: يَقُولُ:
لَا تَأْخُذْ خِيَارَ أَمْوَالِهِمِ خُذِ الشَّارِفَ، وَهِيَ الْمُسِنَّةُ الْهَرِمَةُ، وَالْبَكْرَ وَهُوَ الصَّغِيرُ مِنْ ذُكُورِ الْإِبِلِ، وَإِنَّهُ كَانَ فِي أَوَّلِ الْإِسْلَامِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ النَّاسُ بِالشَّرَائِعِ
