( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ: أَنْ يُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ
