( حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، وَأَبُو عَلِيٍّ: الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَقِيهُ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ أَبُو طَاهِرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمُحَمَّدَابَاذِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي قَيْسُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، ثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَائِذُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي قُرَّةُ بْنُ دُعْمُوصٍ النُّمَيْرِيُّ قَالَ:
أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنَا وَعَمِّي، قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، دِيَةُ أَبِي عِنْدَ هَذَا فَمُرْهُ فَلْيُعْطِنِي، قَالَ: " أَعْطِهِ دِيَةَ أَبِيهِ ". وَكَانَ قُتِلَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، لِأُمِّي فِيهَا شَيْءٌ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ ". وَكَانَ دِيَةُ أَبِيهِ مِائَةَ بَعِيرٍ
