حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ: الدِّيَةُ لِلْعَاقِلَةِ، وَلَا تَرِثُ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا شَيْئًا، حَتَّى أَخْبَرَهُ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ أَنْ يُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ، فَرَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ عُمَرُ
