( يَعْنِي مَا أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، نَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ فِي الَّذِي طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ قَالَ: تَرِثُهُ فِي الْعِدَّةِ وَلَا يَرِثُهَا
