( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، نَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَنِي شَيْخٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
فِي الَّذِي يُطَلِّقُ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ: لَا نَزَالُ نُوَرِّثُهَا حَتَّى يَبْرَأَ أَوْ تَتَزَوَّجَ وَإِنْ مَكَثَ سَنَةً
