وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْإِسْفَرَائِينِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا عَفَّانُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ وَشُرَيْحٌ:

لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ.
