13761 - ( وَرُوِيَ ) مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ.؛ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

مَا كَانَ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَشَدَّ فِي النِّكَاحِ بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ مِنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ حَتَّى كَانَ يَضْرِبُ فِيهِ. ( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ، ثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، فَذَكَرَهُ. ):
