أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، أَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي رِجَالٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْهُمْ: عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَيُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ وَغَيْرُهُمْ، أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْوَصِيَّةِ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: الثُّلُثُ وَسَطٌ مِنَ الْمَالِ، لَا بَخْسَ وَلَا شَطَطَ
